Shipping policy


Orders placed in the Netherlands take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed. This is our standard processing period for all orders placed on weekdays. During promotions and holidays, this may take longer.

Orders that have been placed cannot be modified. Requests for cancellation will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible, and they cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. If you have received your products, they can be returned provided they are unopened and unused. For more information about our return policy, you can visit our Return Policy page.

Customers are responsible for providing correct information for billing and delivery addresses. Changes to the address or order will be considered but are not guaranteed.

International Orders

International orders take 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed.

All international orders are shipped by PostNL and delivered by the destination country's delivery service. Queen Tarzi is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, misuse by the delivery service, delivery to addresses where it cannot be delivered, or incorrect contact information for shipments. If you suspect that your package is lost or damaged, please contact support@queentarzi.com within 15 days of the last scanned date.
