You have a 14-day cooling-off period after you receive your order. Use this form to withdraw from your purchase, in full or for some products. Fill in your details and confirm.

For hygiene reasons you can't withdraw from a sealed product once you've broken the seal. Something wrong with your product? Email us instead.
