Shipping & Returns
At this time Queen Tarzi only ships to The Netherlands and Belgium.
After placing your order, it will take 1-3 working days before shipment. During promotions and national holidays this may be longer.
Queen Tarzi is not responsible for any delays due to weather, wrongful addresses, unavailable addresses or any faults caused by the delivery service. If you suspect your package has been lost, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of placing your order.
After an order has been placed it cannot be amended or canceled.
Customers are responsible for filling out their shipment and billing information correctly. If the information is filled out incorrectly and the order is shipped to the wrong address, it is the customer’s responsibility to retrieve the package.
Due to regulations on hygiene, cosmetic items are not allowed to be returned.
The only exceptions to this rule are the eye lashes and the tools. These are allowed to be returned if they are unopened, in the original packaging with the closing seal still intact within 14 days after delivery.
We only grant a full refund if the product meets all the following requirements:
· Product is returned within 14 days after delivery
· Product was ordered from www.queentarzi.com
· Product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging with the closing seal intact
· Product does not have any damage or imperfections
· The return package contains the correct order number enclosed with the product
· Giftsets or bundles need to be returned in full including all products, packaging and/or manuals
Step 1: Any return needs to be notified upfront through an email to: email@example.com. Please use the subject “Return notification (your order number)”. Please consider, it can take 1-3 working days before your return is approved.
Step 2: Wait for approval of your return. After approval, you will receive specific instructions through email.
Step 3: Send your return to the following address: Shipment fees for returning the package are always the customer’s responsibility.
Queen Tarzi will always remain the right to refuse any returns, even after receival. In this case the customer will receive an email explaining the refusal.
