HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Found something you like? Place the product in your digital shopping cart using the 'add to cart’ button. Of course you can continue shopping, but please note that the items in your shopping cart will only be reserved for you after placing your order.
To finalize your order, go to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Here you can easily fill in your details.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you wish to return or exchange any or all items from your order, we accept return requests within 14 days of receipt.
Should we receive an item back that doesn’t meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept the return.
We will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you.
- The return shipping costs are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in the original packaging.
- The item must not be used or damaged.
- Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PACKAGE IS SHIPPED FROM THE WAREHOUSE?
When your package leaves the warehouse, we send an email notifying you that your package is on its way, along with a track & trace link to track your package.
